The heater section after the cooling coil or heat pipe. It reheats the cold, near-saturated coil air at constant moisture until the RH is down to the target — the duty is ṁ × (1.006 + 1.86·W) × ΔT, plus the margin, taken up to the next standard step and split into stages.
